Service Description
DAF Benchmark is an AI readiness scoring platform operated by Woodstock Software LLC. The service analyzes GitHub repositories and provides scores, recommendations, and benchmarks related to AI-assisted development readiness.
Acceptable Use
You may only scan repositories you own or have authorization to analyze. You may not use the service to scan repositories for competitive intelligence without authorization, attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms, or abuse rate limits or scan quotas.
Billing and Subscriptions
Free tier accounts have limited scan quotas. Team and Enterprise plans are billed monthly or annually as specified at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your code. We claim no ownership of repositories you scan. The scoring methodology, reports, and platform are the intellectual property of Woodstock Software LLC.
Limitation of Liability
DAF Benchmark scores are informational assessments, not guarantees. We are not liable for decisions made based on scores or recommendations. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
